Ballpark Signs Supporter Banners are a great way to get your local community envolved in your High School Athletics.  We offer turn key solutions that will help generate new funds for your Athletic Programs and allow you to focus on the sports & students.

project is done right the first time.

HOW IT WORKS...

1) Ballpark Signs will come and inspect your athletic facilities.  This can be done in one day and will
help to ensure you have the best forms of supporter banners for your athletic facilities.

2) Set the minimum and maximum amount of supporter banners for your indoor and outdoor facilities.
Then sign your letter of intent with Ballpark Signs, this will allow us to secure your sponsors.

3) Approve or deny sponsor contracts as they are signed.   Upon approval the supporter banner will
be sent to production with Ballpark Signs.

4) Receive payment for all supporter banner contracts.  Contracts will vary from 1-3 years, you can
choose to have the payment in full or partial payments each season of the sponsor agreement.

5) Ballpark Signs installs all first year supporter banners.  Then you will need to maintain the
supporter banners during the period of the contract.  You will be responsible for any lost or
stolen supporter banners.  We will take digital images of all supporter banners after the
initial installation.

WHAT WE TAKE CARE OF...

• We secure sponsorships in the form of supporter banners for your high school’s athletic facilities.  The sponsor contracts will vary from 1-Year to 3-Year contracts. 
• We manufacture all supporter banners for your high school’s athletic facilities.
• We install the supporter banners for all first year contracts.
• We offer a full coverage warranty for all scrim & mesh supporter banners.
• We pay your high school per sponsor / per year for every supporter banner contract.
• We collect payments from all supporter banner sponsors.
   

WHAT YOU TAKE CARE OF...

• You set the minimum and maximum number of supporter banners that can be displayed
  within your athletic facilities.
• You are paid per sponsor / per year for every supporter banner contract.  You do not pay
  out anything!!!
• You maintain the supporter banners after the initial installation of the supporter banners.
• You have the final approval before any supporter banner goes into production.Scrim banners are more commonly known to the public.  They can be used for both indoor and outdoor promotions. Although they will not last as long outdoors with high winds compared to mesh banners. 

We not only secure the sponsors and manufacture the supporter banners, we also pay
you for displaying the supporter banners!!!  It does not get much easier than this and
you have the right to refuse any supporter banner sponsor that is not fit for public display.

SUPPORTER BANNER TYPES...

Mesh Banners

This is a multi-sport product that can be digitally printed to any size or color. All mesh banners can be finished with hems and grommets, pole pockets or cut to the edge, depending on the installation requirements.

Our full-color, photo-realistic mesh banners are perfect for the outfield fencelines at your ballpark.  The mesh banners allow the wind to pass right through the banner.  This will help with high winds that a normal scrim banner could not withstand during the season.

Scrim Banners

This is a multi-sport product that can be digitally printed to any size or color. All scrim banners can be finished with hems and grommets, pole pockets or cut to the edge, depending on the installation requirements.

Scrim Banners can be installed as full-color dug out toppers.  They provide high impact visual impressions for your sponsors.  The scrim banners can be custom fitted to fit any dug out.  They are perfect for displaying on your GYM walls.
